Ensuring form submission emails are not identified as spam in Gmail

When using Gmail, you may find that your form submission emails have not appeared in your inbox because they have been flagged as spam.

Updated over a year ago
  • If flagged as spam, Google will take the following steps to secure your email:

    • Include a warning on the email that the message may be spam.

    • Send the email to your spam folder.

    • Turn off any email links that can be clicked.

  • In order to access the submitted Form submission via the Download submission link in the submission email, you will need to change your Gmail configuration settings.

  • You can seek assistance from your school’s IT personnel to change the settings as per the steps mentioned below:

    • Click open Safety settings link.

    • Follow the steps mentioned under "Turn on external images and links protection'.

      • Make sure to untick "Identify links behind shortened URLs" and "Scan linked images".

Next, follow the steps mentioned here and add the domain audiri.com.au to the “approved senders list”
