Sharing videos with your parent community is an effective way to enhance engagement.
You can share videos in your post by simply adding a link; parents are not required to download any external video apps or bother with complicated settings.
The video will display.
There are three ways to share videos with your community:
Upload a Video to Google Drive and share the link through Posts
Upload a Video to OneDrive and share the link through Posts
Upload a Vimeo link and share the link through Posts
Upload a video to Google Drive and share the link through Posts
Ensure you are logged into your Google Account and open Google Drive.
Click the +New button on the left-hand side of the screen and upload your video from your computer.
If your video file is already uploaded to Google Drive, locate it in your Drive’s file list.
Click on the video file once to highlight it. Right-click on the file name to open a menu of options and select Share.
In the pop-up window that appears, you can choose to share the video via a link.
This window also has specific permission settings in this window.
To share the video with the privacy settings for only those with the link to be able to view the video, select the Anyone with the link can view option from the list
Click on the Copy link option.
Navigate to the Posts section on the Audiri web console and create a new post.
Then, paste the link into the “Attach a video link” section of your post, under the Attachments, Recipients & Publish Date section.
Upload a Video to OneDrive and share the link through Posts
The easiest way is to upload the video on Onedrive and share the link with your community.
On a Webpage: If you want the actual folder or document to visually appear on a website (an iFrame embed),
Steps,
Open the file in OneDrive,
Click the three dots,
Select Embed, and copy the provided HTML code link to the “Attach a video link” section of your post, under the Attachments, Recipients & Publish Date section.
Upload a Vimeo link and share the link through Posts
Open the video on the Vimeo Home page.
Highlight the URL in your web browser's address bar at the top of the screen.
Copy it and paste the link.
4. Navigate to the Posts section on the Audiri web console and create a new post. Then, paste the link into the “Attach a video link” section of your post.
Under the “Attachments, Recipients & Publish Date" section.
