If you require further help, please fill in our App Support Helpdesk form and our Support team will get in touch with you.

When it comes to technical issues, it always helps to have as much information as possible to assist our team in resolving the issue more quickly.

Before you get started, please have the following details ready:

  • The email address that you used to create your Audiri account

  • The name of the school, childcare centre or sports club you have (or need to) subscribe to

  • The model name of your phone (i.e. iPhone 12, Google Pixel 5, Samsung Galaxy s20 etc.)

  • The Operating System (OS) version of your phone (check phone settings for this)

  • The Audiri app version (could be found under the Resources tab of the app)

  • Any applicable screenshots.
