Frequently asked questions about the Audiri registration process.

What is a strong password and why do I need it?

  • Passwords are used as a security measure to protect the information that is held in the Audiri app against unauthorised access.

  • When creating a password, it is important for your password to contain the following:

    • 8 characters

    • 1 uppercase letter

    • 1 lowercase letter

    • 1 digit

  • We recommend that all passwords must be treated as sensitive, confidential information.

  • Passwords must never be written down or stored online.

Why is it telling me the account already exists?

  • An account has already been created with the email address you have supplied.

  • If this is the case, please proceed to reset your password to access the existing account.

I did not receive the confirmation email, what do I do?

  • Please contact support@audiri.com.au for further help.

    • In the email, please include the following details:

      • The email you used for the registration process

      • Your full name

      • The name of the school, childcare centre or sports group you are trying to join.

I want to change my registered email address, how can I do this?

  • Your email address is used to identify your account. As a result, it cannot be changed.

  • You can, however, create a new account with your new email address.

Note: Remember to unsubscribe from schools before logging out of the app with your old account details, so that notifications do not go to that email address.
