How to remove a user from the web console

Learn how to delete users from the Console in Audiri.

There are two ways that users can be removed from Audiri:

  1. The user can unsubscribe from the App.

  2. An administrator can delete the user from the web console.

It is recommended for users to unsubscribe themselves using the app. However, where this isn't possible, follow the below steps to delete a user from Audiri:

Step 1

  • Click on the All Features menu tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

  • On the All Features page, click on the card called Users to navigate to the users list.

  • Locate the user whose details you would like the edit using the search bar (you can use name or email, and partial information) or by using the Filter by group option (this will help narrow down your search by showing users in a specific group).

Step 2

  • Click the checkbox to the left of the user's name to select that user.

  • Click on the Actions button on the top right-hand corner and select Delete user from the dropdown list.

Step 3

  • A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation.

  • Confirm the deletion of the user by clicking on Delete user.

Note: If the user is deleted by accident, you have the ability to add them back using the import tool or Add user option, click here to read more about using the import tool.
