Users can reset their own passwords from the login screen. In the event they are unable to reset their password in this way, follow the steps below to do it from the Audiri admin console:
Navigate to the list of users by clicking the All Features tab on the left-hand side menu of the admin console (Image 1).
This opens a screen with all the features in Audiri, shown on individual cards.
Click on the card called Users (Image 2).
A list of all your users will be shown.
Find the user in the list by using the group filter option and/or searching for the user using the search bar.
In the search results, click on the user's name or email to access their user profile.
Click on the Reset Password option in the top right-hand corner of the admin console.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the password reset.
Once confirmed, you will see a message that a password reset link has been sent.
The user will receive an email prompting them to create a new password.
