How to Create a Post

The Post function in Audiri enables you to engage with your users on the go, keeping them up to date with all of the important things going on in real-time.

There are a few methods to send a post:

  • Email: The user will receive the post by email.

  • Push notification: The user will receive a notification on their phone via the app.

  • Both Email and push notifications: the user will receive a notification via email and in the app.

Follow the steps below to learn how to create a post using Audiri.

  • Post Contents

Here you can add the Post Title, Post Image, and Post Content.

  • Attachments, Recipients & Publish Date

Here you can add the following,

  1. Documents: Include any documents that need to be included in the post by clicking on the "Add Attachments"
    ​
    * Accepted file types: PNG, JPEG, PDF, DOC(X), PPT(X), XLS(x) or TXT files.
    * File size limit: 10MB total.

2. Webpage: This can be used to include both videos or a link to a website/page.

3. Forms: This can be used to select a form to include in the post you send out.

4. Image gallery: Use this to attach multiple images, and users will be able to scroll through them on the app

5. Recipients: Use this field to choose who to send it to. The list is populated by group names, you can type to filter the list or select from the dropdown.

6. Set the Publish date:
- Option 1: Publish Now
To publish this immediately, leave the option on Now and then select the Save button.

7. Option 2: Schedule the post for later
To schedule the post, click on the calendar icon to open up the calendar and select the desired date and time. and then choose the Save button.

  • Notifications

Here you can tick the corresponding checkbox for the desired post method (Email or Push notification, or tick both options for users to be notified by both Email and Push notification.

  • Publish or Schedule

In the same window, select Publish OR Schedule (the button will change depending on whether or not the post is a scheduled post).
